SA、F/TPSA及PSAD在前列腺癌诊断中的作用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的 :探讨血清前列腺特异抗原 (PSA) ,血清总PSA及游离PSA比值 (F/TPSA)及前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)在前列腺癌诊断中的作用。方法 :对 5 1例前列腺癌患者及 14 5例良性前列腺增生症患者PSA、F/TPSA及PSAD值的差异进行分析、比较。结果 :前列腺癌组血清PSA及PSAD高于良性前列腺增生组 ;而F/TPSA值低于良性前列腺增生组 ,差异均有显著性。结论 :PSA >4ng·ml-1作为筛选前列腺癌的临界值存在一定缺陷 ;当PSA <10ng·ml-1,F/T值有助于鉴别前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生 ;而PSAD对于筛选前列腺活检病例亦有一定价值。 相似文献

目的:探讨D期前列腺癌(PCa)患者药物去势治疗的效果与雄激素受体(AR)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)的相关性。方法:对33例D期PCa患者给予LHRH类似物 抗雄激素药物进行药物去势治疗,结合免疫组化进行统计分析。结果:AR、PSA与癌组织分化程度的之间的差异有统计学意义。Gleason不同评分组间血清PSA水平之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PCa Gleason评分值与原位PSA免疫标记表达呈明显的负相关性(P<0.01);原位PSA免疫标记表达与血清PSA不具有相关性。结论:PCa组织中AR、PSA表达与D期PCa患者行药物去势疗法疗效有密切关系;血清PSA变化是监测PCa肿瘤复发与疗效的可靠瘤标。 相似文献

目的 检测胃癌常规病理检查阴性的淋巴结微转移的发生及与其它临床参考指标的关系。方法 利用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测68枚胃癌胃周淋巴结癌胚抗原(CEA)mRNA基因表达,同时比较RT-PCR与免疫组化(IHC)方法的检测敏感性。结果 CEAmRNA RT-PCR是一种很敏感的方法,可以检测1/10^6个转移的癌细胞;检测19例胃癌患者取材的68枚胃周淋巴结,IHC阳性率28%(19/68),RT-PCR阳性率57%(39-68),两组之间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);RT-PCR阳性率与胃部临床参考指标密切相关,且随着病期进展而增大。结论 CEA mRNA RT-PCR是比免疫组化更敏感的方法,可以预测胃癌淋巴结微转移,能够有效地避免已有微小转移的患者被漏诊。 相似文献

Summary The total body clearance and fractional extraction of isoprenaline (ISO) have been determined, and the relation between these parameters and cardiac output established. Whether desipramine, an inhibitor of neuronal uptake, altered the plasma catecholamine response to ISO was also investigated.Seven healthy subjects were given i.v., infusions of ISO in two, consecutive 25-min periods, at constant dose rates of 31–43 and 80–124 pmol·kg–1·min–1, respectively. The total-body (ER), pulmonary (ERp) and forearm (ERf) fractional extractions and the total body clearance (CL) of ISO were obtained from measurements of cardiac output and the steady-state ISO concentration in mixed central venous, arterial and forearm venous plasma.ISO-induced increases in cardiac output resulted in increases in CL, decreases in ER and no consistent change in ERf. ERp did not differ from zero. ISO also produced a dose-dependent increase in the mixed venous plasma concentrations of noradrenaline and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylglycol (DOPEG), and a decrease in that of adrenaline. Pretreatment with desipramine did not alter any of the pharmacokinetic parameters of ISO. Desipramine, however, reduced the mixed venous baseline plasma levels of noradrenaline (47%) and DOPEG (40%), and tended to reduce that of adrenaline (34%). It enhanced the plasma noradrenaline response 2.4-fold, abolished the plasma DOPEG response and did not alter the plasma adrenaline response to ISO.Hence, owing to its haemodynamic effects, ISO modifies its own pharmacokinetics which involve non-neuronal removal processes only. The increased DOPEG in plasma resulting from the ISO-induced increase in noradrenaline release was presynaptic in origin. Desipramine appears to reduce sympathetic activity. The enhancement by desipramine of the ISO-induced increase in plasma noradrenaline points towards recapture by neuronal uptake of at least 58% of the noradrenaline released in response to ISO. 相似文献

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measured IgG antiboody titers againt a synthetic peptide whose sequence was derived from the glycine-alanine repeating region of Epstein-Barr virus nuclear associated antigen 1 (EBNA-1). Antibody titers were determined in sera from 15 normal subjects, sera from 21 normal male siblings of X-linked lymphoproliferative syndrome (XLP) patients, from 20 XLP patients comprising a total of 42 samples, and ten samples before and ten samples after gamma-globulin therapy in ten patients with XLP. Data analysis demonstrated that while there are differences between the ELISA and ACIF, they appear to measure a similar response as demonstrated by their correlation coefficient (0.77) and the GMT to EBNA observed by both methods. No cross-reactivity of cytomegalovirus antibodies to the EBNA-1 peptide was observed by immunobv using adsorption against AD-169 infected MRC-5 cells.. However, non-specific binding was observed if samples were not pre-incubated in a 10% goat serum PBS-Tween 20 solution. This pre-treatment removed the non-specific binding that falsely elevated GMT in approximately 15% of both normal and XLP samples in ELISA. The ELISA system appears to be a sensitive, reproducible and objective test that may be useful for assessing the antibody responses of patients to the EBNA-1 protein. 相似文献

147 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes were investigated for the presence of micronuclei and nuclear budding in bone marrow erythroblasts. The patients were divided into subgroups on the basis of bone marrow karyotype, 31 healthy bone marrow donors constituted a control group. Patients with monosomy 7 or 7q- and patients with major karyotypic abnormalities (MAKA) had significantly more erythroblasts with micronuclei and nuclear budding than the control group. Patients with a 5q- chromosome as the sole karyotypic aberration had more micronuclei than the controls. For other patients with MDS the differences were statistically nonsignificant. 相似文献
